Debbie Freeman brings to Cybertary incomparable skills in managing provider relations, customer service and field support for new and existing clients. With 25 years' experience at Blue Shield of California, she has fine-tuned her ability for sustaining exceptional levels of customer satisfaction and follow-through. She takes immense pride in exceeding client expectations while, at the same time, realizing the value of a balanced life. She is an amazing support system, whether it be to her clients, her colleagues, her family or her friends.
Kerrie has been managing businesses for over 10 years and has spent the past 2 years as General Manager for Bax Global Transportation. She has extensive experience in a variety of areas including: domestic operations, exports, training, recruiting, sales, marketing, ISO certification and P&L experience. Kerrie excels at leading teams to provide quality results and outstanding customer service.
Kerrie is a California native and completed her Bachelor's Degree at Sonoma State University. She has family in Sacramento and the Northern Coast. When she breaks away from the office she enjoys heading off to visit family and gourmet cooking.
