As the owner, you manage the marketing, clients, projects and workload, and you gain the potential to continually grow your profit within Cybertary and beyond. Take on the client workload yourself or hire a team from the pool of resumes we receive daily from skilled professionals. Further increase your revenue by outsourcing your services to the clients of other Cybertary franchisees or hiring additional team members with desirable skill sets that you can market. Take your business as far as you wish.
The larger the team and the more work that goes through your franchise, the higher your earning potential. As a Cybertary owner, you bill clients and pay your team members, who work as independent contractors, for each billable hour. The margin you keep is the difference between the bill rate and the team member pay rate (usually 40% and 60% of the bill rate). And those earnings are on all of your team member's hours of billable work for each client on an ongoing basis. If you then outsource the client work to another franchisee, the margin between the bill rate and the pay rate, although it will vary, is split between the two franchisees.
