Tracy Phipps brings over 15 years of professional accounting and finance experience to Cybertary - South Charlotte.  Her background includes six years in public accounting (Big Four and local firms) audit and tax practices.  Tracy's corporate experience spans multiple industries as well as various stages of growth (start-up to publicly-held).

Tracy is adept at working with her clients from a distance, having spent four years managing the international finance and accounting functions at Yahoo! Inc. during the company's early development.  She served as the project manager for the successful international integration of financial and sales systems and was essential in the establishment of systems and processes to support operations growth.

She holds a Bachelor of Business Administration (Accounting) from The Ohio State University and has completed several graduate courses in Taxation and International Business.

Tracy has been married for almost 10 years to Arnold, who is currently deployed in Iraq as a Forward Observer (COLT) with the Army National Guard.  Tracy and Arnold have 2 young children (ages 7 and 4) and an excited black lab named Ace (of Spades).  These days, she doesn’t have much free time, but she does enjoy time with her Life Group through church and watching her children participate in sports.
