Emma Farmer

Emma J. Farmer has over 35 years of professional experience which includes hospitality and education.  Her last 22 ½ years have been in the hospitality industry where for 15 years she held the titles of Director of Sales and Marketing, General Manager and Area General Manager for Marriott International.  For the past 7 ½ years, Emma has held the titles of General Manager, Director of Revenue Management, Director of Operations and most recently VP of Operations and Sales for SREE Hotels, a successful franchise company in the Charlotte area.  Emma brings to Cybertary - Charlotte experience in leadership, training and development, team building, human resources, operations, sales and marketing.

Emma is very strong in building, leading, managing, motivating and mentoring professional talent.

What Emma is most proud of is the role that she has played in the development of numerous associates that started in hourly or line level positions and are now currently General Managers or leaders in the hotel industry. Emma holds a degree in Early Childhood Education and she has many certifications, certificates of achievement and awards from Marriott International. 

Emma is proud to be married to her husband Ronnie and they have two daughters and a grandson.  Emma enjoys traveling and meeting people.

Aisha Horne

Aisha Horne has over 12 years of professional experience which include hospitality management, banquet coordinating, accounting, human resources and sales.  She spent many of her professional years working with Residence Inn by Marriott and has most recently been with Relax the Back for the past four years before joining Cybertary.  She enjoys applying her many talents to “delight” her clients and exceed their expectations.  Aisha’s background in the hospitality industry and her travels as a child has created a passion for working with a wide variety of people. 

Aisha enjoys reading, knitting, and music in her spare time.

 




Kimberly Parks

Kimberly Parks, former graduate and Acting Director of Global Leadership Training Center (GLTC) joins Cybertary with a variety of Customer Service, Administrative and Information Technology experience.  Due to a vast appreciation of computer technology, Kimberly became thoroughly equipped in Network Operations providing service in several capacities of technical support, website maintenance, data backup, server addressability and monitoring procedures.  

After receiving training to further cultivate and expand her skills, she transitioned into a role of executive leadership where she was held responsible to manage teams of trainees, interns and staff.   The position required a high level of accountability within a fast-paced environment for the coordination of meetings, project management, media correspondence, procedural documentation and delegated authority over the facilitated work of senior leaders, student affairs and residential services.  In the spirit of excellence, her passion as a servant leader is to think outside of the box with a panoramic view, and execute a plan of action where every assignment under her care is followed through to completion.  This is the professional standard she has set that each customer may reap the benefits of a well accomplished mission.   Loyalty, Diligence and Integrity are the key ingredients for her recipe of success, a satisfied and effective marketplace is her reward.
 


Melanie Genwright

Melanie Genwright, BA, MPA, has 15+ years of professional experience, which includes Customer Service, Marketing and Development, Business Management and Administrative Solutions. She earned her Master's in Public Administration at Keller Graduate School of Management, and her undergraduate Bachelor of Arts in Sociology with Honors from Johnson C. Smith University. She is actively involved in her community.  She sits on the Fund Steering Committee for a local mentoring group as their Marketing and Development Consultant.  Melanie is an active volunteer in her church as a Lead Teacher for the Infant and Toddler class and Worship Leader for the youth class.
 
Melanie is currently an Executive Administrator for a local small business.   She has been an integral part of increasing production and profit for this company.  Because of her focus on helping others, Melanie is the leader of a small network of Small Business Owners.  She facilitates focus groups and informational sessions for prospective and current business owners. 
 
Melanie is married to her husband of 7 years, Maurice.  They have two very intelligent and fun-loving sons, Maxwell and Matthew.   Melanie enjoys spending time with her husband and two boys, involving playing instruments and creating music. Melanie is talented and gifted in many ways.  She believes the greatest gift she can give is doing her best and being sincere when serving others.
