Arlene Chose Cybertary Because:
After being filled with worry of pending mergers and acquisitions for years, I was pretty certain that my next career path would be business ownership. It was not until I researched my options for a business, that I had to be brutally honest as to whether I can do it alone with a small child. Choosing a business that provided a valuable service to my clients and community, while tapping into to my professional talents and incorporating my family’s needs, was very important. I had no intention of buying a franchise, as I already had my own ideas. My mind burst with them for years and I continued to hear that little voice whisper “If you build it, they will come.” However, after careful consideration, I found at this stage of my life, a franchise was the only option that would allow me to hit the ground running and I was right. I could not have picked a better franchise, for it gave me all the tools to operate quickly with compliance. I looked at several franchises, but was constantly drawn back to Patricia Beckman's business structure and support. After having worked for many years in a company that provided the very best work/balance options, support, flexibility and Quality of Life were the most important things on my list. Support
Patricia’s approach and structure of Cybertary provided exceptional business support, via coaching, forums, weekly conference calls and an extensive network of highly skilled professionals to reach out to on-demand. However, it does not stop there. That same support is extended to our clients providing them affordable work / life balance options that has a positive impact on their quality of life. Thus, what I want for myself, I could easily provide to my clients, allowing everyone to do what they do best.
Flexibility
As for flexibility, it is definitely more flexible than commuting to work every day or having to drop-off and pick-up my child from day care. The reduction in childcare cost can be saved toward vacation. I can also attend more of my child’s school events, which has made a amazing positive impact on our lives. However, I urge those with small children to consider that the most important part of this business is networking and sales. The time availability for networking events differs across regions as well as city and states. It’s important to factor in childcare arrangements during networking times in your area in order to grow the business at least in the beginning.
Quality of Life
Cybertary allows me to apply all my years of experience, skills and knowledge to existing business owners and a new breed of entrepreneurs coming out of the corporate world. This is a holistic approach to doing business in the most critical but vibrant time in America. It gives me freedom to be innovative and creative, which I feared might not be possible in franchise ownership. In addition, I have developed more skills in systems, sales and networking in a short span of time. I am proud to be associated with Cybertary’s model and principles for Quality of Life we share in partnership with our clients.
