Fleur chose Cybertary because after completing an MBA program in 2002 she had been thinking about starting her own business but never found the right idea, also, the whole process seemed too daunting.

Thanks to her partner George, she started to consider joining a franchise and when she met Patricia Beckman at a FranNet event she was immediately excited about the Cybertary business model. "Enabling small business owners like my parents or like some of my MBA classmates to have first class back office support that is billed by the hour is a winning concept."

Once Fleur talked to everybody in the Cybertary family, corporate head office and franchisees, she was convinced that she found a business model that not only plays to her strengths but that provides all the support and guidance she needed in order to have a successful start into business ownership.

Making their long anticipated move from California to the DC Metro area and starting their business at the same time had some challenging moments but the regular coaching calls with Patricia as well as talking to her franchisee peers kept her motivated and on track towards their goal.
